History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bounty Hunter for hire.

History: Gifted from a young age, Bertram studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
