History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult; and a rival would like him out of the picture
