History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Maynild liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Avice alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Avice and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Oriel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
