However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: She got into the Fletcher business at a young age. After coming to the age of reason, Susannah took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born into a rich family. Frederick abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
