History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Barber for the past few years.

Description: This late middle aged man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times and is in decent physical shape. His golden hair is thinning but still full. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Hugh hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born to a Barrister, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hugh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hugh. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion
