Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Gerald has worked very hard to control his curse. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

History: Born in the east to a Knight, Beatrice learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Beatrice was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She tends to her Knight job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Knight mother left her crippled. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to end her boredom
