Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Anne was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Anne decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Rosalind was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
