He is portly but not overly obese. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: Ida is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying west to reunite her family. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She has a crush on the local Bather; and to settle down with her crush

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: She comes from a rich western family. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Description: She wears a tattered pair of loose white pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. She has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. She wears a top hat to hide her balding. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her painting with anyone who is interested.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Alice was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and to reunite with her absent father
