Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hunter embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was taken from his home at a very young age. After a long history of fighting, Hunter and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Interpreter profession.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
