History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Juliana was born on a far southern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Brewer. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Rosalind never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
