History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Actor mother left him crippled. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Hugolina alone in the world.
