Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Born in the north to a Carter, Millicent learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
