Personality: Roger wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Roger abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aline grew up listening to her father's many stories. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Lance lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
