History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
