Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born in the east to a Locksmith, Cecily learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Cecily was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Cecily decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. She has moderate length black hair. Her eyes are brown.

Personality: Cecily is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cecily fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she feels kind of lost in life

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
