Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Hadwisa was born on a far western desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Glassblower. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
