Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a Barber, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Cecily was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Cecily's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has never given up on her music dream.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His first spouse was a Bather, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
