Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Heward is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Heward grew up listening to his father's many stories. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Heward has worked very hard to control his curse. During his travels, Heward and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Heward discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Heward fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He bought a sword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: Alice was born with her mother's beautiful face. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Alice was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.
