History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light grey in addition to tight pants. His hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Server father left him crippled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
