History: He was born in a small forest village. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After a long history of fighting, Dean and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Eva lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Butcher. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Butcher for the past few years.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and an old rival family wants her found
