Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: The child of a Tailor, who enjoyed hunting, Bertram was taken on many hunting expeditions. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
