History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She sports grey clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. Her golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Emmeline will drive conversation. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Emmeline grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Emmeline. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.
