History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Cecily was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. After coming to the age of reason, Cecily took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
