Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He uses divination through singing.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Peter grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Peter. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
