History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: William hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
