History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He got into the Mercenary business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Bellfounder, but he got bored and became a Mercenary. He's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to be a bellfounder again

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Bernard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants revenge against drow
