Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. After coming to the age of reason, Joan took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bellfounder for hire.
