History: Aline was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Dyer born in the past three hundred years. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Dyer. She struck the Dyer job and began her own company from there.

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He sports tan clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Gilbert speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Gilbert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She has done her best to style her red hair to look like a famous performer. This hazel eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Weaver arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
