Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born in the west to a Merchant, Jacoba learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Merchant for the past few years.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and expand her business

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she loathes her own lifestyle
