History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She's also a talented Assassin, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Rosalind was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Born to a Sellsword, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
