History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Herleva took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up kukri and armor she uses now. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Masseuse arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When Jane reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions.
