He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. Being a Adventurer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Godfrey was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
