Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. The war was a terrible time for him, and Norman does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Matilda never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: Isabella hails from a village terrorized by drow. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
