Description: This tall, slender man dresses in grey turtlenecks beneath a pastel coat with black slacks. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: John was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. Emma enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Her hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Fortune-teller arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
