History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Dyer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

History: Jane was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying west to reunite her family. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it.
