Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He uses divination through singing.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. After coming to the age of reason, Chad took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
