History: Born in the east to a Tailor, Eloise learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her childhood dream was to be a Armorer, but she was a colossal failure. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
