History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Theobald was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
