History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. After a long history of fighting, Solomon and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Through the years after Avelina was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Avelina's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Kyle was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
