Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in.
