Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Through the years after Vicky was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Vicky's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Vicky and her spouse have recently divorced.
