Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. A true patriot, Manfred would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing poetry.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He worked as a nervous Mortician and found it very stressful. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
