History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: Cory hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has never given up on his writing dream.
