History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Eleanor was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
