His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
