She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Alice was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Alice's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She struck the Carpenter job and began her own company from there.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her first spouse was a Ploughman, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Merchant. He's also a talented Ploughman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
