History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She struck the Dilettante job and began her own company from there.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gifted student he started as a Miner, but he got bored and became a Roofer. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a Soapmaker, her father struggled to pay the bills. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Sellsword work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sellsword work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Avice was born the youngest of three triplets. Her parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when she was still a young child. The dire rats captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.
