Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears dull green sweaters, loose red pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed pickaxe, just in case, and is pretty ugly. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a grey vest and prefers white and green shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He sports a flattop hair cut. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He takes great joy in being the best Detective in town.

History: Born in the west to a Detective, Gunter learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Gunter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Detective responsibilities is difficult.

Description: She is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. She carries with her a set of pickaxes, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her black hair is greasy and uncared for. Her green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Agatha wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Agatha was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
