History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Randal was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
