Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Juliana was born the youngest of three triplets. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Healer they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Layabout, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He worked as a nervous Assassin and found it very stressful. He struck the Assassin job and began his own company from there.
